Head Fundraiser Weekend
This year's Barefoot Children in the Sand Weekend Fundraiser will be a one-of-a-kind event and you will not want to miss it.
Friday night entertainment are all first timers to Barefoot. Opening our music that night are the duo of Boomer Blake and Quentin Leverich. These two have been around the Trop Rock scene for a few years performing at Meeting of the Minds, Summer Chill and other Parrot Head events around the country. Our Friday night headliners are the exciting Jonas Lorence Band. JLB are taking the Parrot Head world by storm and making quite a name for themselves with their own brand of get your feet moving music. These two acts will open Barefoot with a bang.
The Saturday Hallway Party returns with PeckNFrey. They performed for us last year and are returning again to bring their repertoire of singalong tunes to the hallway party.
Saturday night opens with something new. The Jonas Lorence Band will be returning along with Boomer Blake and Quentin Leverich for an opening set that Jonas promises "It will be crazy!" Then our headliners for Saturday will be the incredible Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band. Johnny and the guys have played Barefoot before and they are always a blast. As if that is not enough Johnny is going to be sending us a copy of their soon to be released new song "Hotel Beach Party" which they wrote about playing at Barefoot a few years ago. They also plan to film a video of the new song that night!
The charities for this year's fundraiser will be the Lone Palm Foundation and K-9's for Warriors.
